JCWI have worked with Doctors of the World and Doughty Street to produce these toolkits that will help anyone understand the legal and practical operation of new rules introduced in 2015 and 2017 that govern how NHS bodies like hospitals are supposed to charge 'overseas visitors' for NHS services. This is an issue that affects anyone who lives overseas including expat Brits, but particularly causes problems for undocumented migrants in the UK.
