If t-shirts or bibs will need to be returned, please email us at [email protected] within 14 days and we will send instructions for you to return your goods, for a full refund. Please note JCWI is a small charity and we handle all orders and dispatch in house, so please bear with us!

Training

Refund Policy for Training

If you decide to cancel your booking up to 1 week before the course date you will receive a refund minus an administration charge of £35. All cancellation must be in writing. We regret that no refund is available for courses cancelled with less than 1 weeks’ notice. However, please note replacement trainees are accepted without notice. Subject to availability, it may be possible for delegates to defer their place to a course running at a later date.

Late bookings are subject to the above cancellation policy.

Publication Purchases

Publication orders will be despatched within ten working days of receipt of payment.
 

Refund Policy for Publications

Customers are entitled to cancel an order within seven working days of receipt of goods, but will then be liable for the cost of returning the goods and for any damage occurring after their receipt of goods.
