Tony Philip - Operations Manager

Tony joined JCWI in 2010 from The Islington Law Centre as a casework intern, and has since risen to become our Operations Manager.

He also manages JCWI's training and publications administration. Over the years Tony has accumulated a wealth of experience in all departments and also manages the organisations outside events including the AGMs.

Up until Covid-19 in 2021 Tony had an increased number of responsibilities including property redeployment planning, and IT management. Tony was also key in navigating the organisation through lockdown, organising hybrid working provisions and the relocation to our new offices.

In his spare time Tony sits on the committee board of Islington Residents Association, supporting residents with issues between landlord and tenant. Tony brings a wealth of experience and skills to the organisation and is a vastly talented individual.
