About us Getting help and advice during the pandemic In light of continued concerns about the Covid-19 pandemic, and the need to maintain the health and safety of all staff, clients and other visitors, as of Monday 16 March, JCWI staff are working from home. Information for current clients If you have an appointment scheduled, or if you need to see your caseworker, please do not come into the JCWI offices. Please call your caseworker direct or call JCWI on 0207 251 8708, or email your caseworker or [email protected]. Similarly, if you need to show us documents or collect documents from us, please contact us and we will make an arrangement with you. We want to reassure all our clients that there is no reason to believe that any of your cases will be affected by events connected with Covid-19. All of our caseworkers are still working full time, and proceeding with individual cases as planned. We will contact individual clients to confirm arrangements for appointments. If you need legal advice For legal advice, our helpline will be open as usual on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays 10am - 1pm, on 020 7553 7470. We have produced guidance in relation to coronavirus for those with spouse visas here. Our training programme Training sessions are suspended until the end of May. All participants will have received an email about this. We will review the situation at the end of April, at which point it is likely that we will suspend further training sessions until 31 July.
